  1. Do you need to be a member to shop?
    • It is recommended to become a member to get special discounts. Please click the member login button at the top right of the page, fill in the basic information and send it to become a member.
  2. Can I modify/cancel my order?
    • Modifications cannot be provided after the order is established. It is recommended that you cancel the order and place a new order before the order is shipped. Thank you.

      • If the coupon is returned or the order is canceled online after use, it will be deemed to have been used and will not be reissued.
      • If the order has not entered the [Preparing for shipment] status, click the [Cancel Order] button to cancel it. If the order enters the status of “Preparing for shipment”, the button will disappear and you must wait for the goods to be received before you can apply for a return.
  3. What should I do if I receive the goods after the due date?
    • If you fail to pick up the goods after the pickup time, they will be returned and the order will be automatically canceled for return. If you still need the goods, please go to the website to place an order again.
