Door-to-door delivery:
Products are delivered by SF Express to the Hong Kong address on your order.
If we are unable to contact you after two consecutive deliveries, your order will be automatically canceled and the refund will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please note:
Currently we do not accept any transshipment, consolidation, warehouse and other express delivery companies and other related addresses. Once discovered, your relevant orders will be canceled without further notice. We will arrange a full refund for all canceled orders as soon as possible.
Self-pickup at store:
If you choose to pick it up at the store, we will keep the product for you for 3 days after it is delivered to the store. If the product is not picked up after the time limit, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued.
